Cloudy Day Art #49 – Second Sunday for May 2006

Hellooo Everybody,

This month’s “Second Sunday” theme was “Architecture and Buildings”. Not sure if it was the very harsh theme, but we only received one submission this month. No worries, the show keeps marching on! Cloudy Day Art #48 – Discussion on Finding the Muse with Harry Lafnear and Thom Ingram

Publishing poetry and the beginnings of thought

Every so often a little voice inside my head suggest that I should publish my poetry. Then, I remind my little voice, “I don’t have that much poetry to publish”. Then my voice says, “Oh…yeah…nevermind”.

Bus Boys and Poets’ Andy Shallal

Just read a really informative article on Andy Shallal (you may have to register), the owner of DC’s Busboys and Poets. You may remember that venue from the “sound-seeing” visit I did a few months back during the Tuesday night open mic. (Check it out here).
